This info is from the front page of the Honda Service Bulletin CX500 #1 Rev 12/6/78.  It was a 7 page (4 sheet) bulletin that identified the units affected, described the defect, explained the owner notification process, and then provided the parts needed/procedure for carrying out the recall.  The final page described the dealer reimbursement process and also listed the labor time and parts amount.  1983 CX650 Turbo 1982 CX500 Custom Donating Member    Report
