Needed to let off a little steam, so here it goes... I placed an order with a certain well known company, of some reloading supplies, Powder, primers, etc.. At the time i was told a 4-6 week wait, I placed the order on 7/7/09. To make a long story short the primers just showed up today! 1/13/10. Ahhh there i feel better now..lol

As you know, there has been a rush on all ammo related items ever since the Democrats got a majority. Many have been thinking that it's only a matter of time until all this stuff is taxed heavily or outlawed.

Where I use to live my brother had ordered a pair of simple dirt cheap moped tires from the honda dealer. I stopped in one day about 4 weeks after the order was placed because I needed some parts and I decided to ask about them and they said the shipper wasn't selling them anymore so his only options were to choose a different type tire or order the same tires from another company they deal with for $10 cheaper. And they wouldn't let me make the decision for him. When I left they said they were going to call him. I got home and they didn't. The next day he called them and was pissed.
He also ordered a clutch cover gasket from them once and waited a month and nothing, 2 months nothing, 3 months still nothing. I think it came 7 or 8 months later. If he didn't have to prepay for hit he wouldn't have even cared when it came in since I gave him the gasket shipped in an envelope.
Some people really suck.

I had longer than expected backorders from both Cabellas and Midwest last year. They were supplying the estimated dates based on what they were given by the manufacturer, unfortunately the manufacturers were a little off in their estimates which then reflected poorly on the retailers. I am happy to say that I received everything I ordered, just had to wait a while.

i've never ordered reloading from cabellas. i loved it when you used to be able to go to a local reloading store and buy everything you needed. or to a gun show.....days gone bye. good luck
