I don't know how you're going to get that second set of carbs on the bike but when you figure it out write it up so I can do the 4 bank mod. Wouldn't you just crap yourself if you pulled up to a Cx with a bank of 4 on it. As long as we're on the subject I almost wonder if you could modify a cb750 to take cx carbs and not run like total crap. 1979 CX500 Supertanker ATGATT makes riding a bike like a sled easier. Well, thanks to Larry, my darn bike no longer has a power band.  It's 100% bottom to top! I spent the better part of the day installing carbs in my two bikes.  Let me tell you, the CX500 is simple compared to re-installing a 4 pack in a Cb750K.  Another thing I want to tell you.... If you're considering getting your carbs Larried - don't hesitate.  Bar none, that was the greatest improvement I've ever experienced on my bike. You can balance them, use seafoam - all you want.  Nothing beats the Carb Spa in California 2009 DN-01 Spakin' New! 1982 CX500 Turbo & Parts bike 1981 SL185 Yamaha Exciter 198? I can't believe I'm a fair weather rider now.... it's a balmy 3.8 degrees today, I have to go to the store, and I'm looking at 2 sets of keys - yup.... taking the car. A few weeks ago I couldn't stand it anymore and road my bike to work on a 37 degree morning. It wasn't too bad with my walmart insulated work overalls on though. It was all fine until my fingers started going numb. Sure felt good to ride again though. Now we are in the 70's and it's all good again. Oh sorry, shouldn't have said that huh! Did you get the 750 set installed yet? I'm waiting to here how they do since I couldn't test them before I shipped them off. Here's hoping you get a warm day soon. I finally went for a ride! 217kph = 135 mph.  The last day I had mine I just had to see what it would do.  Ran out of road first, but saw 130 mph.  It wasn't quite finished, but close.  Not being accustomed to those speeds, it sure seemed that closing times to 65 mph cagers was very quick.  Refueling on The James Bay Road, 2009 Born to be relatively wild (for a grampa x 3) GL650I, CX650E, CX650T    Report
