Think i found the problem. When i download my pictures from the camera there not going threw my software thats supposed to be on here i think it got deleted awhile back. When i look at my downloaded pictures there just numbered with no jpeg#. Thats why i can only download older pictures, such as my avatar. I want a pic of my bike in there, so i will have to wait until the brains of the operation gets here. Unless i'm totally clueless....which when it comes to these here fancy computers...i get lost. Work in progress, now give me some tools and point me at something and i'm good to go.

First off you have to have an on-line source to post your pictures from, like Photobucket, among others.
Second you have to be trying to post using Foxfire. Internet Explorer won't work 95% of the time.
If you meet those two requirements and it still doesn't work, ask for more help.

looks like you are using internet explorer as your browser.
as david said.....you must,must must use firefox.download it,its cheap

Iv'e got flickr and photobucket, i haven't given up! I'm not the type to let something beat me, i see it as a challenge and get great satisfaction when i kick it's ass...lol

Thanks for the help spanish bandit, i may still hit you up for some help later, Thanks for the comment on the bike, I've done so much work to this it's too much to list. Here's what iv'e done just to the front. Replaced triple tree, forks, rim, axle, steering head bearings, wheel bearings, fork seals, dual piston caliper, caliper rebuild kit seals and pistons, master cylinder rebuilt, new head light. That's just the front end! So you can imagine my excitement to want to post pictures of all the work. Maybe it will help someone else doing the same, because there were complications along the way! So many variations on the front end of the cx's

I don't want to have to change my browser to firefox to post pic's if at all possible. I'm not the only user of this computer, not so sure they would appreciate that. Is it possible to sign into a computer under a different user? and would that make any difference. I thought others were using flickr?

Flickr works but like said you have to use firefox. Otherwise just post the Htttp address and we will find the photo. As for using firefox just ask the other person if you can download it. It won't hurt the computer and it can always be deleted.

or what i did,so the other using the computor,dont even see the firefox browser.
go to the control panel[after clicking the start button
there you will see the option to create a new account.do that,name it .what you like[twisted twin sounds nice]
download firefox there.its easy,will take 2 minutes,youl be posting photos in 5 minutes

You don't have to take off your other browser to add Foxfire. I go back and forth between Foxfire and Internet Explorer everyday.

if you download firefox,you will get an option to use it when you first click on the start button,it works completly independant to IE

Firefox installed, Still can't post pic's or change my avatar! Says server error time expired. Won't even post image code's like on internet explorer. Any ideas?

Spanish bandit, I would like to say thank you! I appreciate all the help. Thanks to everyone else who helped also. I needed to install plugin's after i had firefox. Adobe flash i believe, if it helps anyone else.

ok,bring the picture up on your screen so there is only one picture in view,all your codes are in the bottom left hand corner.
hover your curser at the top [within] the picture and you will illuminate size changes.its not there all the time....just hover till you find it
