It's an 82, not 83.. 500T not 650T.. been painted red with roughtly 20k on it... He wants around $1800.00 for the bike.

Ever notice that the 83 turbo adds contains the phrase, only produced one year, rare...
This would be true of the 82 CX500 turbo too.

Very true...
However...
CX500TC = 2525 US
CX650TD = 1015 US
The rarity of the 650T has finally caught up...The 500T should see the same rarity in approx 10yrs...

In that 1015 CX650TD number how many (if any) of the "school" bikes are you factoring in? It seems like more than a few have made it to the street. I met a guy a few weeks ago who said his friend had just registered a school CX650T here in California, the DMV issued a salvage title for it.

I don't include the school bikes in the official import numbers.... The school bikes had no MSO and weren't officially imported, just donanted...
