'83 CX650 Turbo parts bike or for resto

I've got an '83 CX650 Turbo. It's complete, it's been sitting since probably 97 or 98. There is some rash on it, but it isn't all smashed up. I've got the pinkslip. It hasn't been registered since 97, so there are probably some significant fees involved, so probably better as a parts/donor bike.

Dammit.
I just heard about this on BARF yesterday....
CX500 Turbo, GL650I, Two CX650E's, and one Crown Jewel of the CX line- CX650T.
Why do I own five CX/GL bikes? Ask an alcoholic why he drinks.

That's cool.
If they can't get it up and running, at least it will mean plenty of spare parts for the rest of us.

Just had fun reading all about this bike over on the South Bay Riders Forum. Corndog saw it a garage sale, picked it up for $100-200 then sold it the same day by starting the thread on this forum. Too bad he'll never know what it is like to ride a Turbo or how rare a bike he had pass through his hands...
