U$ 370,000 starting bid for that? I'll pass, I doubt even the ubber rich would give a damn, let alone close to $400,000 to have a "one off" paper weight. 20,000 + views and not one opening bid doesn't bode well for the prancing horse mystic.

I like it. I think it is a very nice cafe racer. With it hand built detail, the Ferrari logo, and the prestige that comes with that I could see $50,000 as a reasonable price, and up to $100,000 achievable if you get a couple of Ferrari and motorcycle fanatic interested.
That price though.

I wonder what motorcycle forum the new owner would join to get tips on maintaining the machine?

The new owner will have a team of personal mechanics to do maintenance for him.

Apparently it is not an auction, it is a classified ad.
And it is not even built by Ferrari;
"It all started when David Kay wrote to Enzo Ferrari's son Piero,
requesting to build a one-off motorcycle sporting the famous prancing
horse badge in tribute to his late father. In a letter dated maranello,
23rd May 1990 and signed by P Ferrari himself (included in the
comprehensive press and information file on this lot) Kay receives: '
the approval to place the Ferrari badge on your motorbike' and is wished
good luck with his project."
"People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than biker gangs."

When I was a kid I had a 125 4 stroke Maserati that I swapped for 2 Ariel Arrows - in bits of course. Wish I had kept it now!
