Here's my bike.  1978 CX500.  I bought this bike for $125, it was in a million pieces, rusty, and dusty.  She doesn't have a fancy expensive paint job on her, and there might still be some rust in a few spots but to me shes the most beautiful bike I've ever seen. So what do ya think? 1979 CX500 - It's all complete, I took most of the stock items off of it and am looking to sell/trade for other parts. PM me what you need! Always a joy to see what folks can come up with when a new "project" is involved. These bikes are great for that. Back when these bikes were new, I was in highschool and didn't give them a second glance , as I was too busy with my cafe'd Honda cb400f. Great memories, but I wouldn't go back now. Nice work again! I took her out on our first ride on Friday.  I've got a small Carb problem :(  Im pretty sure the float in the left carb isnt shutting off the fuel correctly, so tonight Ill be taking the carbs out and giving the bowls a quick cleaning and probably put an inline fuel filter in.  Other than the fuel overflow she ran awesome!  I was kinda surprised at how much power this 500 has!  I cant wait to start riding her to work every day. 1979 CX500 - It's all complete, I took most of the stock items off of it and am looking to sell/trade for other parts.
