The 2010 National CX/GL UK rally was held in the Cumbrian lake District.
My prayers and thoughts are with the family and friends of the victims killed and injured by the crazed gunman who went on a rampage a week after our rally............

Keith, the pictures are great! Especially the first one, as Don said you had a better than good time! Did I understand you correctlly? An English pub RAN OUT OF BEER!!! How is that possible, all of the folks there must have matched you drink for drink! Remember to bring tools to VMD to get your Hwy pegs.

hi of course u ran out of beer u had some irish lads with u, i see one of the bikes has a cork number plate he b used to drinking murphys lol hope u had a good time might b intertested in going next time

Yeh,
The pub ran out of keg beer and had to resort to
canned (tins) beer.
Personally I blame a certain Cannuck with a large glass ! He must have hollow legs !

Trev_h, he is only a pretend Cannuck, those hollow legs came with him from the "Old Country"! If he ever shows up again the rally organizers might do well to lay in extra orders of kegs!

In the "old country" we only lived 7mls apart.
We still miss him but at least now the roads are safer and the pub has beer :-)

Don't you mean the "Black Country"... I spent over 30 quid at the Cradley Heath Tay Shirt store, just so i could educate Gene and the rest of the guys in our proper Black Country English language ...
You have to look out for that Gene guy, he shows up in all sorts of places
